IT MANAGER

Proactive and reactive support from your dedicated IT Manager. Provided on a prearranged scheduled basis your IT Manager will become your main point of contact and will offer you a strategic hands-on approach.

EMERGENCY ONSITE SUPPORT

With escalation included; our helpdesk is able to task Onsite Support visits in those situations when working remotely is just a little bit too challenging. By having this included in your support package then there is simply no additional or unforeseen costs to you.

MANAGED MONITORING

Our hybrid agentless cloud based platform monitors and manages all your local and cloud IT infrastructure and applications, including the full range of mobile devices, from a single unified wed-based dashboard.

CASE MANAGEMENT

Comprehensive monthly reporting delivers 100% transparency and accountability in all our actions. Time Management; Each and every task our team complete is fully recorded and filed into your personal account and is detailed via a monthly report.
