The Autotask Incoming Email Service provides a Closed Loop Email Processing service (sometimes called “Email to Ticket, Project and Task”). The add-on allows you and our technicians to provide updates to a ticket via email replies.

CLIENT ACCESS PORTAL

When you become a LAN Support client we will grant you access to the LAN Support Client portal. From here you will be able to log new tickets; projects and tasks, as well as review all historical tickets.

SLA MANAGEMENT

We offer 5 different Service Level Agreements to choice from.

  • Essentials - Our most basic SLA designed for companies where price and value come before urgency and productivity. 
  • Standard - This SLA provides a quicker response but a reduced service period.
  • Premium - This SLA is our most popular choice offering support between 08:00 - 18:00, a quick first response time and excellent planned resolution.
  • Enterprise - This SLA offers even greater response times and a first response target of 95% and a superior planned resolution.
  • Elite - This SLA provides immediate support 24/7/365

REPORTING

Our client portal is provided to all our IT Support subscribers, delivering a full suite of detailed analytics and live reporting, case tracking, service visits, case history, SLA information and project management tasks.
