Emergency Onsite Support

From time to time you will require an emergency callout by one of our trained engineers.

Here are just a few of the services we can offer onsite in an IT emergency;


With escalation being agreed by our service desk we will schedule an engineer to attend your site either the very same day or within 8 working hours.

  • Internet Down - No internet services
  • Server Down - No access to the server or local domain
  • Virus outbreak - that needs dealing with now...
  • Microsoft Exchange issues...
  • Failed Hardware...
  • Corrupt operating system....
  • System rebuild....
  • Emergency Installations of Laptops and PC"s.... 

Emergency onsite IT support cover can be purchased or added to the following service packages on a prearranged service or for a premium on a Ad-Hoc Service.

  • Ticket agreement - You will need to purchase tickets at least 24 hours in advance. You must have a minimum balance of 30 tickets in your account. 
  • Block hour Contract - You will need to purchase Block hours upfront, please call our sales team for more information. Block hour contracts are debited in 15 minute blocks. You must have a minimum balance of 8 hours in your account for any onsite emergency visit.
  • Retainer Agreement - If you operate a retaining agreement then you will automatically benefit from emergency onsite support. You will be charged on an hourly basis on account.
  • Retainer Plus - If you operate a retaining agreement then you will receive the benefit of unlimited onsite visits at no additional cost.
ONSITE it support

Our engineering team pride themselves in delivering only the very best in both service and response. Our team understands the frustrations that are caused when there are delays, that’s why we will send an engineer to your site within 8 hours from escalation to deal with your emergency IT support.


Our onsite support packages come in a combination of either token based or all-inclusive packages meaning that there are no surprises in additional call-out charges on your emergency IT support.
