You will also receive the base core level of our service offerings including access to not only our help desk and remote managed services but also have your very own dedicated Microsoft Certified site consultant with at least 7 years hands on experience. The consultant will make regular weekly visits on a predefined day (every Tuesday, for example) for a half day, 3.5 Hours (with this package) and undertake proactive IT service activities, including deskside support (Hand Holding), installing new software and hardware, setting up new users, managing third party vendors, assist with Disaster Recovery Plans, project management along with a consultative approach geared directly at your business. Our consultant will become part of your team just like a full time employee; he or she will be a professional, positive and respected member Guaranteed.
The Corporate V2 - Pack is typically ideal for companies who employ more than 20 users but less than 50 who are looking for a comprehensive and complete proactive IT support service. The service will include our Help Desk Support Package, Remote managed services plus much more. You will have priority access to our help desk support between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday with the addition of our proactive IT Reach Service. The support package is for the more discerning and demanding consumer which provides unlimited telephone and WEB logging support to our help desk, including 3rd line support, unlimited Remote Dial-In investigation and fix, and on-site backup verification to our help desk team in case your backups fail.
