If your company employ 10 users or less who are looking for basic help desk support at enterprise level between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday then look no further. The support package provides limited support to our help desk, Remote Dial-In and repair assistance with investigation and system backup verification to our help desk team in case your backups fail.
