Overview
This is an excellent starter package Ideal for companies who employ less than 10 users who are looking for an IT service provider to not only offer a Help Desk Support Package but one who will take full control of email communications and broadband management. You will have access to basic help desk support between 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday with the addition of our IT Reach Service. The support package provides limited telephone and WEB logging support to our help desk, Remote Dial-In investigation and fix, and backup verification to our help desk team in case your backups fail. The package will include a 2MB broadband internet connection line and SMTP Email delivery which will be fully managed and maintained by LAN Support. The Broadband line can be upgrade either before or after support commences.
