This is an exceptional starter package Ideal for companies who employ less than 15 users which are looking for a complete IT service to not only offer a Help Desk Support Package but one which will take full control of email communications, broadband management, Advanced Router Replacement, off site SPAM management and secure remote off-site backup. You will have access to our help desk support team between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday with the addition of our IT Reach Service. This support package is for the more demanding consumer which provides unlimited telephone and WEB logging support to our help desk, including 3rd line support, unlimited Remote Dial-In investigation and fix, and either on-site or off-site backup verification to our help desk team in case your backups fail. The package will include a fast 8MB broadband internet connection line and SMTP Email delivery which will be fully managed and maintained by LAN Support. The Broadband line can be upgrade either before or after support commences.
